Breathwork & Meditation

What is this Event About?

Join Andrew & Mimmi for an evening of breathwork, healing and meditation. When you participate in these events, you are reconnecting to your breath, resetting your body, mind & emotions and allowing a space to return to balance within.

We welcome all abilities regardless of whether you are completely new, or a seasoned regular of breathwork and mediation. We offer the Hawaiian sytle of 'Nalu' breathwork which is gentle, yet effective at:

• supporting release of stress and emotions;
• realigning you to your body's natural breathing rhythms;
• calming the mind and oxygenating the body on a much deeper level.

Each month we tune into the most appropriate forms of breathwork and will often combine techniques - such as gentle slow breathing, box breathing, activated breathing, nose breathing, mouth breathing and breath holds. Each works in a specific way to create healing and realignment within the body, mind and emotions.

Once the breathwork part is complete, Andrew guides the group into a unique guided meditation. As a channel of higher frequency and energy healer, he will hold a space to guide the group into a beautiful, heart-felt meditation designed to work with specific energies and healing frequencies to support self-healing, spiritual awareness and spiritual awakening. 

Event schedule:

• Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
• Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Mimmi & Andrew;
• Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
• Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).

These monthly events will be perfect if you wish to:

• Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
• Release any tension in your mind and body;
• Be nurtured in a space of healing, acceptance and spiritual awakening.
