Breathwork & Healing Meditation

What is this Event About?

Join us for an evening of breath, healing and meditation as we work with the theme of 'Finding Your Soul's Purpose'

When we are truly connected to our breath, present in the moment and listening deeply through heart consciousness, our Soul can more fully express its truth and guide our life.

Event schedule:

• Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
• Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Jen;
• Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
• Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).

This event will be perfect if you wish to:

• Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
• Would like to tap into and find more of your 'Soul's Purpose' at this time;
• Release any tension in your mind and body;
• Feel more confident and able to take positive action and steps to align with your Soul's Purpose in life.
• Though the art of breath you start to feel a sense of calm and feel like you can tackle issues that were once hard or difficult for you.
